Shipping Policy
A. All orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received, except on public holidays or weekends.
B. Delivery time: 5–7 business days, and the total delivery time will not exceed 14 business days.
C. Shipping method: Air freight.
D. Shipping cost: Free.
E. Incorrect addresses or delivery to a different address may incur an address change fee.
All orders are processed within 24 hours after we receive the order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an additional notification once your order has been shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Tracking information may only be available after 48 hours.
If you have not received your order 2 days after receiving the order confirmation, please contact us at info@vellera.se and provide your name and order number so we can investigate.

If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@vellera.se, including your order number and a photo of the product’s condition. We handle these cases individually but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
